Interesting article that accuses Saudi Arabia of engaging in biological warfare by inducing a cholera epidemic via wiping out infrastructure critical for the hygiene of the population and its water supply.

It’s a stretch to believe that the Saudis didn’t know full well what the outcome of bombing water and sewage systems would be.
