Most of what Marvel produces these days is atrocious. They are a mindless entertainment factory. The Avengers? Cringe. Falcon and Winter Soldier? Blech. But for a short period of time, they created magic in the form of their various Netflix series’ that culminated in The Defenders. Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, and of course, the best of the best, Daredevil. The stories were emotionally and intellectually complex. They also had scenes like this:
