“Cloud seeding” is now being openly talked about

Fascinating story about cloud seeding happening in California:

“For the first time in over two months, measurable rain fell Tuesday morning in California’s Central Valley. At the same time, a special aircraft was navigating the gray skies releasing flares into the clouds below. Those flares contained a chemical solution that acts as “cloud seeds.”

The concept of cloud seeding has been used off and on, mainly by militaries, since the 1940s. It is a type of weather modification that can boost the productivity of rain or snow-producing clouds.”

I suppose we can openly speak about this now without being shouted down as conspiracy-minded? We’re told to ignore reports of “chemtrails”, but look at the above quote, which mentions a “chemical solution” sprayed into the sky.
