It’s impossible to overstate the influence of Ron Paul on a generation of writers, commentators, political organizers, and activists who have shaped and are still shaping the conversation around our endless wars, endless spending, endless money printing. Without him we would still suffer under unchallenged neocon influence over our foreign and domestic policy. I know, because I’m one of them. We owe virtually everything to him. Ron Paul, now 89 years old, is still chugging along, waging the same philosophic war against tyrannical government that he launched in 2007.
In honor of @RonPaul's 89th birthday, here's a video of him accurately predicting, in 2002, what the next 10 years would look like.
In retrospect, he accurately predicted what the next 22 years would look like. It's up to us to break this cycle.
Happy Birthday, Dr. Paul. pic.twitter.com/xekaIkhpc2
