Incident occurred in Austin, Texas at 10pm. Appears to be a clear-cut case of self defense. Did the deceased believe himself invincible because he not only carried a gun, but was a part of a large, violent mob? These young adults are playing a risky game. The cops may be ordered to stand down, but citizens have the Constitutional right to defend themselves and their family, with deadly force if the need arises.
