This is pathetic. Do schools exist to educate children, or merely as a jobs program for the union? And a jobs program where no one wants to show up to work? Get the money out of union-strangled schools. Give the money to the parents in the form of vouchers. Allow them to make a choice about what school is best for their children. Watch teachers break their union chains and go get a real teaching job. Watch the unions starve.
