We are all born stupid, but to remain stupid is a choice. This guy apparently has been stupid his entire life because he’s never been forced to improve himself. It’s more than just an egregious lack of a practical skill, this shows that this person does not have the character to take the time to learn a relatively simple task, even as a supposed firearm expert. These are the people raiding the homes of Americans, shooting Americans, and getting medals.
It really is a shame that there exist so many stupid people who can BS their way into positions of authority.
