A lot of this audio reminds me of Robert Greene’s 48 Laws of Power, specifically the law, “Avoid the unhappy and unlucky.” These people, whether they know it or not, seek only to destroy the happiness of others. They can’t be saved. Attempting to do so will only cause you to sacrifice your own happiness and stability.
