We don’t need omnipresent surveillance to know who the real criminals are. The police know, the judges know, the public knows. Total surveillance is used to subjugate and terrorize law-abiding taxpayers. We have England as a perfect example. Criminals run free, but their unarmed, endomorphic police force, and China-style surveillance apparatus, is used to put their law-abding population under a microscope, and crush any political movement that may arise from them.
