This from Associated Press. The Ukrainians are desperate for a beyond-the-pale incident that will draw the US into war. I posted an earlier report that the maternity and children’s hospitals had previously been evacuated. This latest report, with only 17 “hurt” and no one dead, appears to confirm it. So are the Ukrainian military evacuating these hospitals and then using them as a base, thereby drawing a Russian strike? That appears to be situation.
