Tinpot drug warrior, and walking hyperbole, Duterte, whose drug war unleashed a killing spree with a body count of 7,200, now bans smoking in public.

Legalize all voluntary interaction between consenting adults. All of it.

In response to the removal of confederate statues, instead of holding ridiculous torchlight vigils, let private buyers snag them and display them on private property.  Let the torch-bearers pool their money for a private statue and display it prominently on non-public property.
