The Drug War gives cops the power to descend on peaceful families and steal their valuables, keeping them even after a judge rules against the cops.  The Drug War is the backdoor into our liberties that has created the perfect environment for the growth of an unaccountable Police State.  Take it away and that Police State will starve from a lack of power and money.  It will starve in the face of our liberty.
