One of his victims was 8 years old. How is this animal, who deserves a firing squad, allowed to behave this way in court, to his victims and witnesses to his murder spree? Suspects have been shackled and muzzled in court for far less, and yet he’s allowed to torment everyone affected by his mass murder.

This is Darrell Brooks. At a Christmas parade in Wisconsin, he killed 6 and wounded more than 60 people with his car. For weeks, he's been trolling witnesses and victims–he's staring someone down in this clip.

I love this. I love the calm reasoning of the man asking the question, I love the vacillating non-response from the speaker, I love the rabid-animal reaction of the “respectable”, suit-wearing piece of garbage who couldn’t stand hearing the questioner,  and I love the giggling reaction from the speaker as he swatted the little man away like a fly. What a perfect metaphor for not only the pandemic, but for the history of our species.
