We will never know what happened on 9/11

I don’t know how anyone can watch this footage and not feel extreme unease, or a sense of doom, at the moments that both towers collapsed into their own footprint. Or that WTC 7’s collapse (not shown here) was a natural event. This event had the same psychological impact as COVID did, probably even more intense than COVID. It marked the end of the West, the beginning of a new world.

It still amazes me that everyone walks around as if we didn’t just live through the most destructive and prolonged episode of mass hysteria in history. The collective reaction to COVID-19 had all the trappings of an extinction-level event. I’m still fairly perplexed that we are still here, and that Western civilization endures, even if in crippled form. Mass business closures, mass school closures, but even worse was the sudden reversion to a prehistoric barbarism on the part of local politicians and health officials. This man below saw his life thrown away by the thugs he is addressing, and they did it without a second’s hesitation. Once they realized that others were doing it, they followed suit.

The mea culpas are coming in hot and heavy now, but never forget how people behaved during that first year.

 

Moral dilemmas amid societal rebarbarization

The shooter arguably committed murder here, since he was halfway out of the door and could’ve left. The argument could be made that the attacker was on the verge of continuing his attack on other bystanders, though, and so the shooter could possibly be justified. But let’s consider a few hypotheticals: if the man who threw the punch didn’t get shot to death, would he have even been locked up? And if so, for how long? This is Chicago, with one of the highest murder rates in the developed and developing worlds, and it’s due partially to the fact that violent crimes are treated with kid gloves, and the repeat offenders are back on the street within days. So there could be a vigilante defense to this killing as well: how many other people would’ve suffered a sucker punch by this man, had he not been killed? It’s almost a certainty that he would’ve left a long trail of victims. Does that justify his murder? No. Is the city safer now because he’s dead? This ventures into a Punisher-esque, moral gray area. Citizens, however, clearly do not feel safe, and are arming themselves so they can do what the cops and justice system won’t.

Pronouns in the abyss

One thing that I will never again take for granted is easy access to a keyboard. Utterly essential. An article cannot be pecked out on a virtual iPhone keypad. But I digress.

The pronoun fad has hit home rather abruptly for me: my child recently came home from 7th grade to inform me that the science teacher required that all the students give their pronouns to the class. Many people probably have no idea what I’m talking about, so I will try to explain it. And I assure you that it is even more insane than it sounds. “Pronouns” in this sense, are referring to how you choose to be addressed. Are you a ‘he/him’ or a ‘she/her’? Where it ventures into the absurd is when someone of one biological sex uses the pronouns of the other sex. Or the pronouns of no sex. Or the pronouns of an inanimate object. They could use ‘ze/zir’, ‘they/them’, or what have you. Yes, it is psychotic, and its very difficult to come to terms with the reality that a fringe left-wing cultural movement that emerged from the sewers of social media has now spread through academia, corporate America, and government at every level.

This seemingly innocent request for pronouns masks its role as a gateway to gender ideology, or the belief that you can be whatever gender you feel like being, biology be damned. It’s become a total belief system, a bonafide, fundamentalist religion, and it’s been smuggled into our children’s lives under the auspices of tolerance and acceptance. Tolerance? Refuse to give your pronouns and see what happens. Does the reaction of the pronoun fundamentalists strike you as particularly tolerant? As with many religions, this most latest is fueled by hate, and a desire to control. “Tolerance” is the lie that sells the poison that infects the mind. Pronouns are introduced to children at as young an age as possible so that the gateway is opened to feed books and ideas to children that guide their minds along the primrose path to total acceptance of the new faith. Anyone refusing to play along is branded as hateful or intolerant. And so emotional blackmail is used to keep the impressionable young minds shackled.

I object primarily because no one should have a say in what words I can use. A free, open society, one that respects free speech, is anathema to the gender ideologues, who advocate for a closed society of carefully controlled speech and actions. Through their insistence that refusal to participate in the pronoun lunacy is tantamount to murder, they absolve themselves of approving of actual violence against the infidels. Freedom and true tolerance cannot co-exist with a belief system such as this. Something will have to give. At the moment, freedom and real tolerance are on the retreat. Here’s hoping that enough people see through the lie to stop it before it’s too late.
