The biggest Oklahoma hospitals received millions in pandemic $. How much actually went to increasing hospital capacity?
Look at these numbers. OU Health, SSM St. Anthony, Integris, and Mercy, all of which are currently crying wolf over “no beds!”. They received, and continue to receive, a pile of taxpayer millions. Is any of it going to increasing capacity to deal with patient influx? On the contrary, these hospitals are canning hundreds of unvaccinated staff. Now they’re dealing with the consequences, and want the public to again pay for it. Tossing in Norman Regional just because. Now look at the last two graphs. Staff slowly decreases over the course of the pandemic. Where did this money go?
