Bureau of Land Management permanently closes 317 miles of roads through the Moab desert

Further evidence that ideologically-poisoned, militant, environmental activists have gained control of another federal agency has revealed itself in the recent closure of over 300 miles of roads in the Moab desert that off-roading enthusiasts have enjoyed for years:

Off-roading enthusiasts suffered another setback in their fight to keep roads near Moab open to motorized vehicle use on Wednesday when a federal judge decided that roads recently closed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) should remain that way.

“We are disappointed in the decision released today,” said Ben Burr, executive director of the off-road recreation advocacy nonprofit BlueRibbon Coalition, in a statement. “Our motion for preliminary injunction was a first step to keep these beloved trails open, and we will continue to press forward with our legal challenge to the decision to close these roads.”

The BLM, housed within the U.S. Department of the Interior, manages the Labyrinth Rims/Gemini Bridges Travel Management Area northwest of Moab. The area spans over 300,000 acres in Grand County and abuts a 40-mile stretch of the Green River.”

A quick glance at BLM leadership makes this extreme decision much more clear. The director of the Bureau of Land Management is Tracy Stone-Manning, a life-long environmentalist extremist, past member of ecoterrorist outfit Earth First, and herself an accused ecoterrorist who allegedly participated in “tree spiking”, defined by the FBI as an instance of ecoterrorism, in the late 80’s.

She’s an environmentalist of the pure, anti-human psychotic variety, who has in the past advocated for fewer people on this earth, fewer babies born, because they are “an environmental hazard”. Senator James Lankford, to his credit, pointed all this out during her confirmation hearing in October of 2021:

This type of crypto-genocidal fanatic has no place anywhere near power, because their toxic worldview will direct their decisions. But the Senate Democrats unanimously voted in favor of her confirmation, and now we have an avowed anti-natalist heading a major federal bureaucracy.
