It should be very telling about who is prodding the war to continue. The first thing that came to everyone’s mind when it was revealed that an Iranian delegation would travel to Islamabad for “peace talks”, was how they were going to survive the journey. We all knew that Israel would blow them out of the sky any chance they got. This fact alone should be enough for the world to understand who is the psychotic aggressor, the instigator, of this war. Well, Pakistan noticed, and they sent 9 of their fighter jets to escort the Iranians safely. Everyone also knew immediately that Israel would not risk a war with Pakistan. And it would be “war” only in the academic sense: Pakistan would wipe them out in a day. Pakistan is a country of 250 million, and they have nukes, a massive air force. Israel’s population is 10 million, and their “nukes” are mere rumors. Pakistan would force-feed Israel a crap sandwich that would be spoken of for centuries, if it came down to it.
This means that if Pakistan joined the fray, along side Turkey, Israel would self-muzzle quickly. The US can’t take them all on at once, and we wouldn’t want to fight such a war for that neo-Jonestown nation.
It wasn't the Warplanes themselves that prevented the Iranian delegation from being shot down by Israel. It was the fact that the warplanes belonged to Pakistan.
