Kind of amazing that this tidbit has been so utterly erased from the historical record. England operated in Palestine between 1920 and 1947 as part of the British Mandate to control what had been the Ottoman Empire, as well as ensure a Jewish State while protecting the large Palestinian population that had lived there for centuries. The 750 British soldiers and police were murdered at the hands of the Irgun, Lehi, and ‘Stern Gang’ Jewish terrorist groups over the course of 11 years, who became active towards the end of World War 2, and were intent on expelling the Palestinians and saw the British as an obstacle to that goal. Unfortunately, the seemingly unending terrorist attacks by the Jewish terrorist groups accomplished their goal, and the British left Palestine. It is no exaggeration to say that terrorism was first brought to the Middle East by the Zionist fanatics.
In once monstrous incident known as The Sergeant’s Affair, two British sergeants were kidnapped by the Irgun terrorist group and subsequently hanged from a eucalyptus tree as retribution for the executions of Lehi terrorists by the British.
Many of the worst terrorists went on to serve as the first Prime Ministers of the newly-created Jewish State, including Menachim Begin, who oversaw the Deir Yassin massacre.
To this day, England refuses to allow the 750 deaths to be officially commemorated.
