The deliberate decision by Trump admin to carpet bomb the innocent nation of Iran at the behest of Israel was the suicide ritual that spelled doom for the Republican party yesterday. It was a choice, with clearly predictable results, and yet Trump did it anyway. And despite all the assurances from neocon has-beens, the House has flipped blue, as well as many Senate seats and Governorships. Trump intentionally torched his legacy, gave the finger to his voters, and allowed his ego to be stroked by people who wouldn’t care if he or his family were locked up or murdered by Leftifts fanatics.
MAGA voted for America First. They voted for someone to actually care about them and the future of their children. Instead, they got a very loud and clear “Fuck you” from the people they voted for, and so they decided to stop voting. We now find ourselves in an unstable situation where red voters can’t trust what any candidate says, because they’re convinced that they won’t make good on any promises as at, while Blue voters, fueled by revenge, sprint to the polls to elect the people who will enact their hateful fantasies. Food, fuel, and energy prices are going up, so why not get your people in office who will hunt your political enemies? That’s their mindset, and that’s what will happen.
We voted for a New Age, and now many voters are beginning to realize that the genesis of that new world won’t come from the ballot box. That maybe democracy isn’t the answer, but the problem itself.
