By all accounts, it should have been a trouncing. Dem thugs brutalized children and small business as long as they could get away with it during the fog of COVID hysteria. They deserved to lose big. But they didn’t. It should’ve been a bloodbath, but the much-hyped red wave did not happen. A big part of blame can be placed on Trump, and the candidates foolish enough to hitch their reputation to his idiotic MAGA branding. The only way out is for him to retreat totally from political life and let DeSantis fix the party. Here is Trump, in his own words, with a straight face, regarding the midterms. What a disaster.
